Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The service, including its content and software, is owned by Resuqo and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the resume content you provide.

Resuqo provides analysis and suggestions on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee interview or hiring outcomes. Use the service at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resuqo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
